With our share of the Comeback Creek CSA, we're committed to eating healthful, seasonal produce and get the added benefit of supporting local, North Texas organic farming. We love our share and always look forward to our next great fruit and veggies. My family and I have been delighted to be a part of Comeback Creek's CSA.  We all look forward to Saturday mornings at the Farmers Market where we get to visit with our favorite farmers and look forward to the incredible fruits and vegetables we receive. From the wonderfully fragrant strawberries in spring to the delicious greens in the fall, everything has been fantastic. As a caterer, I know the importance of quality produce, and Comeback Creek has never disappointed.

Being a part of CSA with Comeback Creek has been such a wonderful experience for our family over the past two years.  We love the variety of produce each week, and appreciate all the hard work that has gone into bringing them to us.   Plus, it all tastes great!  In addition to the fantastic food, the people at Comeback Creek are so kind, and we know they work incredibly hard to make sure we are getting a good share each week, even when it has been a tough growing year.  We are so happy to be a part of this CSA experience!

As the chef_owner of LOCAL in Dallas, finding a consistent source of fresh + local produce has definitely been a challenge. However - Comeback Creek has always managed to provide my restaurant with an ever changing, sustainable product that I can rely on. It's not easy being a farmer in Texas due to the constant climate change that is synonymous to the Texas weather. But Comeback Creek continues to find ways to adapt and approaches each growing season with a new optimism of productivity and variety. And as a restaurant chef - you couldn't ask for anything more from your farmers!

We chose to become members of Comeback Creek's CSA because we wanted to support local farmers and eat local, fresh, organic food that is seasonably appropriate.  The difference in taste is remarkable!  We enjoy cooking food from our share, trying new recipes, and inviting friends over to share in the food.  It's hard to determine one favorite food, but we do enjoy the blueberries.  One summer, my husband, toddler twins, and myself actually ate 5 lbs of Comeback Creek blueberries in about 10 days.  The quality of the food we receive has always been amazing; we've never been disappointed.  They are among the most genuine, caring, and generous people we have the fortune of knowing.

We have been very pleased with being members of the Coppell CSA through Comeback Creek.  They are always good about keeping us in the loop about drops and the produce is always something fun and fresh.  Even with the weather issues we feel like they have done whatever possible to still take care of us.  Great people and exceptional produce.  Really has been a great experience!
